Fitting ¼ inch bungee, S Hooks and Sleeves allow easy attachment of personalized bungee systems to any kayak or canoe through the clipping mechanism of an S Hook to a pad eye. Perfect for paddlesport accessory installation in fresh or saltwater. No hardware or fasteners are necessary. ¼ inch bungee is recommended but not included.  WARNING
